Be the Pulse: Support Ahmad’s Journey to Heal Gaza
Story
Since I was a child, I have dreamed of becoming a doctor. It wasn’t just a career choice; it was a passion that led me to spend four years mastering English and refining my skills to be ready for the challenges of medical school. However, the war has devastated our educational sector, forcing us back to square one.
Today, I face overwhelming financial barriers. The tuition fees for medical school are staggering, and the constant fear of being unable to continue my studies haunts me. Beyond tuition, being a medical student requires essential living and academic expenses that are often overlooked: printing textbooks, purchasing my first lab coat and scrubs, and covering transportation to attend in-person lectures.
Despite numerous attempts to secure international scholarships, the current situation has made it nearly impossible. I am launching this campaign to support my family in covering these immense costs—securing the minimum payment for each semester and addressing the outstanding fees that accumulate until graduation.
My vision goes beyond my personal education. I hope to acquire basic medical equipment, such as blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, and an ECG machine. My goal is to create a small training initiative where I can learn and teach my fellow students, ensuring we are all prepared to serve our community.
